Moattakif ke masjid se nikalne ke do(2)ujr hai. Ek hajat e tab’ae ki masjid me puri na ho sake jaise pakhana, peshab, istinja ,wuzu aur gusl ki zarurat ho to gusl magar gusl wa wuzu me ye shart hai ke masjid me na ho sake yani koi aisi cheez na ho jisme wuzu wa gusl ka pani le sake is tarah ke masjid me pani ki koi boond na gire ki wuzu wa gusl ka pani masjid me girana na jaiz hai aur lagan wagaira maujood ho ki usme wuzu is tarah kar sakta hai ki koi cheent masjid me na gire to wuzu ke liye masjid se nikalna jaiz nahi niklega to A’ITEKAF jata rahega yunhi agar masjid me wuzu wa gusl ke liye jagha bani ho ya hauz ho to bahar jane ki ab ijazat nahi
Dusra ujr hajat e sharai maslan eid ya juma ke liye jana ya azaan kehne ke liye meenaar par jana jabki meenar par jane ke liye bahar hi se rasta ho aur agar meenar ka rasta andar se hai to moazzin hi nahi gair e moazzin bhi meenaar par ja sakta hai

Qaza e hajat yani peshab pakhane ko gaya to taharat kar ke fauran chala aye thairne ki ijazat nahi aur agar moattakif ka makaan masjid se door hai aur uske dost ka makaan kareeb to ye zaruri nahi ki dost ke yahan qaza e hajat ko jaye balki apne makaan par bhi ja sakta hai aur agar uske khud do (2) makaan hai ek nazdeek dusra door to nazdeek wale makaan me jaye. Baaz mashaikh farmate hai door wale me jayega to A’ITEKAF fasid ho jayega

Juma agar kareeb ki masjid me hota hai to aftaab dhalne ke baad us waqt jaye ki azaan e sani( jume ke khutbe se pehle hone wali azaan) se pehle sunnaten padh len aur agar door ho to aftaab dhalne se pehle bhi ja sakta hai magar is andaaz se jaye ki azaan e sani ke pehle sunnate padh sake zyada pehle na jaye aur ye baat uski raye par hai jab uski samajh me aa jaye ki pahuchne ke baad sirf sunnaton ko waqt rahega chala jaye aur farz juma ke baad chaar(4) ya che (6) rakaten sunnaton ki padh kar chala aye aur zohar e aiytiyati padhni hai to A’ITEKAF wali masjid me aa kar padhe aur agar pichli sunnaton ke baad wapas na aya wahin jama masjid me thehra raha agarche ek din raat wahin reh gaya ya apna A’ITEKAF wahin pura kiya to bhi wo A’ITEKAF fasid na hua magar ye makrooh hai aur ye sab us soorat me hai ki jis masjid me A’ITEKAF kiya wahan juma na hota ho.

Agar aisi masjid me A’ITEKAF kiya jahan jamat nahi hoti to jamat ke liye nikalne ki ijazat hai.

A’ITEKAF ke zamane me haj ya umra ka ehraam bandha to A’ITEKAF pura kar ke jayen aur agar waqt kam hai ki A’ITEKAF pura karega to haj jata rahega to haj ko chala jaye fir sire se A’ITEKAF kare

Agar wo masjid gir gyi ya kisi ne majboor kar ke wahan se nikal diya aur fauran dusri masjid me chala gaya to A’ITEKAF fasid na hua.

Agar doobne ya jalne wale ko bachane ke liye masjid se bahar gaya ya gawahi dene ke liye gaya ya jihaad me sab logon ka bulawa hua aur ye bhi nikla ya mareez ki eyadat ya namaz e janaza ke liye gaya agarche koi dusra padhne wala na ho to in sab surton me A’ITEKAF fasid ho gaya.
