For A Better & a Peaceful Sleep During Night

1. Go to sleep with Wudhu.

2. Sleep on your right shoulder.

3. Fall asleep with the intention to pray fajar.

4. Read the Kalima.

5. Drift off reading the Ayat-ul-Kursi

6. Read Surah Fatiha 4 times.

7. Read Surah Ikhlas 3 times.

8. Read 4 Qual Surahs

9. Do istighfar 10 times.

10. Forgive everyone before falling asleep.

11. Finally, “whoever says ‘Bismillah’ 21 times before falling asleep, Allah tells the angels to write down a good deed for every breath he takes.”

12.Recite the following Dua” Bismika Rabbi Wala’hthu Janbi wabika arfa’huhu in amsaktha nafsi faqfirlaha wa in arsalthaha fa’hfaluha bima tha’hfalu bihi ibaadaka as saliheen “
