Daadhi(Beard) katne ka Kya Hukm hai ?

Sahih ahadees aur Sarih sunnat nabwi aur dalail ke bina par daari mundwana haraam hai.

Daari ke liye mustahib lambai ya daari ki had nahi payi jati, kiyuki is ke mutaliq Nabi S.A.W se warid nahi, balke sirf use apni haalat main baqi rkhna hi saabit hai .

Ibn Umar (r.a) bayan krte hain ke Rasool(s.a.w)ne farmaya :

” Mushriko ki mukhalfat kro, aur dariyan badhao aur monchen chhoti kro “
SAHIH MUSLIM (Book 2, Hadith 500)

aur riwayat main hai : ” monchen pust kro, aur darihyon Aa’af kr do “.

aur is mauzu main un ke ilawa bhi bahat sari Ahadees hain. Ibn Hazam Rehma Allah ne ijma naqal hai ki monchen katna, aur daari puri rakhna farz hai.
(AL-FUROO 1/130)

Zaid bin Arqam razi Allah anho bayan krte hai Nabi (S.A.W)ne farmaya :

” jo apnI monchen nahi kat’ta woh hum main se nahi hai.
SUNAN NASEEI (Vol. 6, Book 2, Hadith 5050)

Imam muslim Rehma Allah ne jabir razi Allah anho se riwayat kiya hai ke :

” Nabi (S.A.W) ke daari ke baal bahat ziyada the”.sahih muslim hadees number ( 2344 ) .

aur Nisai shareef main Bara razi Allah anho se marwi hai ke :

” Nabi (S.A.W) bahat ziyada ghhani daari wale the “.
Sunan an-Nasa’i, 5234 .

baaz ahle ilm ne Ibn Umar razi Allah anhuma ke fel ki bina par muthhi se ziyada ke baad katne ki ijazat di hai, aur aksr ulama iKaram use makruh samjhte hain, aur ziyada behtar bhi hai kiyuki Nabi(S.A.W)se aisa saabit nahi ,

Aur jis hadees mein yeh bayan howa hai ke :

” Nabi (S.A.W) apni daari ke tule o arz main se kata karte the “.

yeh hadees mauzo aur Makzub hai, is ka sabut nahi milta .

see : Al-alel Mutnahiya Ibn jozi ( 686 / 2) .

aur Allah SWT ka farmaan hai : Yaqinan tumahre liye Rasool (S.A.W) main behtareen namuna hai, har is shakhs ke liye jo Allah aur qayamat ke din ki tawaqqa rkhta hai ((SURAH AL AHZAB 33 VERSE 21) ) .

aur Sheikh Ibn Rehma Allah kahte hain :

Beard ki had jaisa ke ahale lughat ne bayan kiya hai : woh chehray aur dono jabrun aur rukhsaron par uge hue baal hain .

yani dusray mayeno main yeh ke jo baal bhi , aur jabray ki haddi aur thhodi par hain woh daari main shamil hain, aur un balon main se koi baal bhi katna nafarmani main shamil hota hai .

kiyuki Rasool (S.A.W) ne farmaya hai :

” darihyon ko maaf kr do. .. . “

aur hadees main farmaya :

” darihyon ko badhao aur lamba kro aur latkaO”.

aur riwayat main farmaya :

” darihyon ko waafar kro “.

aur riwayat main farmaya :

” darihyon ko pura kro “.

yeh sab is ki Daleel hai ke daari main se kuch bhi katna jaiz nahi, ye Masiyat aur Nafarmani ke darjat hain, lehaza daari mundwana daari katwane se bhi badi masiyat aur Nafarmani hai, kiyuki yeh katne se wazeh aur badhi mukhalfat hai .

aur Umar bin khattab razi Allah anho ne to daari ke baal ukhedne wale shakhs ki gawahi hi radd kr di thi .

imam Ibn Abdul albar Rehma Allah “Al Tamheed” main kahte hain :

” Daari mundwana haraam hai, aur aisa kam to sirf hijre(Eunuch) hi krte hain “.

yani jo mard aurton se mushabihat ikhtiyar krte hon wohi yeh kam karte hain .

aur phir Nabi(S.A.W) khud bhi ghhani daari ke Malik the “

use imam muslim Rehma Allah ne jabir razi Allah anho se riwayat kiya hai .

aur riwayat main Kaseef Allhih ke lafz hain, yani bahat ziyada baal the .

aur riwayat main” Kasal Allhih” ke lafz hain jin sab ka Mayeni ek hi hai .

Umoomi Nahi ke dalail ke bina par daari ka baal bhi katna jaiz nahi hai .
