Roza me Rukhsat ke masail

woh jineh rozon me roza na rakhne ki ijazat hai.

1- Safer(traveling) me Roza rakhana or chohdna dono sahi hai.

Hazrat Aysha r.a. se riwayet hai k hamza bin umro Aslami r.a. ne nabi s.a.w.s. se poocha “kiya me safer me roza rakhu? or woh kasrat se roza rakhne wale thy. nabi s.a.w.s. ne farmaya’ ager chahe to rakh chahe na rakh” Sahi bukhari wo muslim.


2- Haiz(periods) or nifas(after child birth aprox 40 days) wali aurton ko us halat me roza rakhna mana hai or haiz ya nifaz khatam hone k baad roze ki qaza ada karni hogi.


3- Doodh pilane wali or hamla(pregnent) aurat ko roza na rakhne ki ijazat hai, chahe to rakh sakti hai or chahe to na rakhe per baad me sirf roze ki qaza rakhna ho gi.
Hazrat Abu sayeed khudri r.a. ne kaha nabi s.a.w.s. ne farmaya”aisa hai k aurat jab haiza hoti he to na namaz padh sakti he or na roza rakh sakti he or in k deen me kami ki yahi wajah he” Sahi bhukhari.

Hazrat Anas bin malik r.a. se riwayet hai he rasool s.a.w.s. ne farmaya “Allah tala ne musafir ko roza mokher karne or qasar namaz ki rukhsat di hai jab k hamla or doodh pilane wali aurat ko roza maukher(delay) karne ki rukhsat di he” Hadees sahi sunan tirmizi -575.

4- Safer ya Jihad me dushwari k pesh nazar roza tark kiya ja sakta he or ager rakha ho to toda ja sakta he is ki sirf qaza ho gi kuffara nahi.

Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas r.a. se riwayet hai nabi s.a.w.s ramzan k maheene me makkah ki taraf(chadai k irade se nikle) jab muqam kadeed per pohche to aap ne roza tod diya or logon ne bhi tod diya” Sahi bukhari wo muslim. woh waqt taqreeban asar ka tha is waqt roza todne ka maqsad tha k aisi koi situation roza todna pade to tod sakte hai.

5-Budhapa(old age) ya aisi bimari jis k khatam hone ki ummed na ho aisa shaks jo apni kamzori ya bimari ki wajah se roze nahi rakh sakta to roze ki bajai fidiya ada kia ja sakta he. Ek roza ka fidiya(campansation) ek miskeen ko do waqt (two time) ka khana khilana he.

Hazrat Ibne Abbas se riwayet hai k boodhe admi ko roza na rakhne ki rukhsat di gai he lekin woh har roze k badle me ek miskeen ko(two time) khana khilai or is per koi qaza nahi”Darqutni wo hakim hadeees sahi.

5- Aisi sari condition ji me roza na rakhne ki ijazat he maslan Bimari, safer, budhapa, jihaad, aurat k mamle pregnancy or doodh pilane wali wagaira k hote hui bhi koi shawk se roza rakh le lekin baad me roza nibha na sake to ise roza tod dena chahiye apne ooper ziyadati nahi karna chahiye is soorat me sirf qaza ho gi.
Hazrat jabir bin Abdullah r.a. farmate he rasool Allah s.a.w.s. ne dawraan safer logon ka hujoom(crowd) dekha log ek admi per saya kiye hui thy, rasool Allah s.a.w.s. ne poocha kiya baat he? logon ne arz kiya “roza dar he” Aap s.a.w.s ne irshad farmaya ” dawran safer is halat me roza rakhana neki nahi he” Sahi Bukhari wo muslim.
yeh hadees zahir kati he k insaan ko jismani koi bohat takleef ho bardasht na ho ri ho bohat kamzori ho is halat me roza nahi rakhna chahiye or rakha hua he to tod de or immediate medicine wagaira le yeh behatr he or baad me un rozon ki qaza rakh le koi guna ya koi khuffara nahi us per.
