” اِنَّ اللہَ وَمَلٰٓئِکَتَہٗ یُصَلُّوۡنَ عَلَی النَّبِیِّ ؕ یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا صَلُّوۡا عَلَیۡہِ وَ سَلِّمُوۡا تَسْلِیۡمًا ﴿۵۶﴾ (پ22الاحزاب56)
Padh kar durud shreef padhlen insha Allah aapko bahut jald neend aajegi aur sath mein yeh bhi padhlen اَللّٰھُمَّ بِاسْمِکَ اَمُوْ تُ وَ احْيٰ
Allah humma bi ismika amootu wa ahyaa
Tarjumah:- A-allah tere name se hi marta aur jita hun
Agar neend na aati ho to para 30 surah al naba ki ayat No.9
وَّ جَعَلْنَا نَوْمَکُمْ سُبَا۹
Vaj-aalna-nowmakum-subata
Tarjumah:- aur tumhari neend ko aaram kiya ” baar baar padhen khuda ne chaha to aapko iski barkat se bahut jald neend aajaegi
Agar neend na aati ho to
sone se pehle awwal-aakhir durude paak jo bhi asaan lage padh kar kam se kam 3 baar yeh duaa padh lijiye
: لَا اِ لٰہَ اِلّا ھُوَ الْحَقُّ الْمُبِیْن۔ /laailaha illaa huwwal haqqul mubeen
Yani koi maabood nahi magar woh allah taala sabse saccha aur zahir
Agar neend na aati ho to sote waqt yeh duaa padh lijiye
: اَللّھُمَّ غَارَتِ النُّجُوْمُ وھَدَأَتِ الْعُیُوْنُ وَاَنْتَ حَییٌّ قَیومٌ لاَّ تَاْ خُذُکَ سِنَۃٌوَّ لَانَوْمٌ یَاحَیُّی یَا قَیُّوْمُ أَھْدِیئْ لَیْلِیْ وَاَنِمْ عَیْنِیْ۔
Allah humma gaaratin nujoom,wahadatil,uyoon,wa anta hayyun qayyoom laa ta khuzuka sinatan wala nowm ya hayyo ya qayyoom ahdiyun laili wa anim aayni (Alsinni P222)
Tarjumah:- yaa allah paak tare chhup gae aur aankhen sone lagi aur tu hamesha zindah aur dusrun ko qaim rakhne vaala hai tujhko na ungh aae na neend A hamesha zindah aur dusrun ko qaim karne vaale meri raat ko sukoon bakhsh aur meri aankhon ko neend ata farma

Neend Laane Vaala Mazedaar Sharbat
1-2 aadha kg.pani mein 6 gram sonf daalkar pani ko chulhe par josh dijiye jab 2 chhataang (125.gram) pani baki reh jae to uss mein gaay ka doodh 250 gram.aur 1 tola (12g) gaay ka ghee aur zarurat ke hisab se chini milakar istemaal kare isse aapko behtreen aur sukoon ki neend naseeb hogi

1 medium piyaz kaat kar usmein dahi munasib miqdaar mein milakar sone se pehle khalen isse bhi sukoon vaali neend aati hai

Raat ko khaana khane ke baad aur sone se 2 hr.pehle 1 chmacch asli shahad ka istemaal karen yeh bahut aazmudah ilaj hai isse pur sukoon neend aaegi khoon bhi saaf hoga aur badan ki extra charbi bhi khatam hogi
